Olivier Galfione was acting simultaneously in two films
- "The Metro Chase" and Franco Zeffirelli's "Callas
Forever." The productions coordinated his shooting
schedule which resulted in him shuttling back and forth
between Paris and Bucharest. On one occasion, the two productions
were filming a block away from each other in Paris.
2) On
her days off, Tara Lipinski practiced skating in preparation
for her upcoming Stars On Ice tour.
3) Although
they played adults, Lindsay Felton (Alex) and Jessica Plumley
(pickpocket Yvette) were only 16 years old at the time
of filming.
4) Director
Dennis LaValle pulled double-duty by acting as pickpocket
Maurice.
5) Cast
and crew nicknamed Boom Operator Laurent Boisumeau "The
Male Model."
6) Jason
Padgett's (Daniel) parents were in Paris during the shooting
and appeared as extras at the Bistro.
7) The
scene where Zac and Paul DeVilliers are tied up was actually
filmed in actor Olivier Galfione's apartment.

John Hooper (Seth) is the brother of Make-Up Artist Melynda
Hooper. Actress Carolyn Fallin (Sarah Monroe) is the wife
of Director of Photography C.W. Fallin.
9) The
production's wrap party was a dinner cruise down the Seine.
10) Christopher
Plumley (Zac) played video games between takes. Tara Lipinski
(Natalie) worked crossword puzzles.
11) The
character of Mr. Stamm was named after a beloved former
science teacher of 2nd A.D. Michael Plumley. the

Leslie Plumley incorporated actual events from a family
vacation in Paris into the story. These include the pickpocket
incident in the Metro (which actually did involve two males
and a female), the lost Metro ticket situation, and the
continual proffering of free food to Christopher from vendors. the

Mother Leslie Plumley wrote and produced. Father Gene was
